The birth of Cricket as a Religion!

Today, 41 years ago, a little boy was born. The name of the boy was "SACHIN RAMESH TENDULKAR". Today is his birthday. Let us recall all the good memories what this man has given us.

He was very passionate about the game from the very start of his life. At 12, he used to play Harris Shield for his school under 17 competition. Scored a century there. At 14, he along with Vinod Kambli put on a record for the highest partnership of 664 runs. At, 15 he made his first class debut with Bombay and it turned out to be a dream debut as he scored a century! And, at the age of only 16, i.e. when he was in his teenage life, he made his debut for India in Karachi against Pakistan. At 17, he scored a beautiful debut century to save the test match at Old Trafford in 1990. In 2000 he became the first batsman to have scored 50 international hundreds; in 2003 he aggregated 673 runs in the World Cup, the most in the tournament's history; in 2008 he went past Brian Lara as the leading Test run-scorer; and in the following years he crossed 14,000 Test runs, 30,000 international runs and 90 international hundreds. At well over 36 years of age he broke a 40-year-old barrier by scoring the first double-century in one-day cricket. He holds the records for most runs and hundreds in both Tests and ODIs - a format he retired from in December 2012 - and is the only batsman to make a hundred international centuries, marks that look set to stand forever. He retired from Tests in November 2013 after an emotional farewell at his home ground, the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

This is SRT for you. People started naming his as "the little master" "master blaster" and the most famous "THE GOD".
IF CRICKET IS RELIGION, THEN SACHIN IS GOD. When Sir Donald Bradman used to play cricket, nobody would have imagined anyone being compared to his baating. But, Sachin was the only one in so many years of cricket who is compared to Sir Donald Bradman. Some cricket experts have said that Sachin is more greater than Bradman. In a Test Match,
Geoffrey Boycott during the lunch show: Sachin maybe a great batsmen but he has never been on the Lords honours boards !!!!!
Harsha Bhogle : So whose loss is it more, Sachin’s or the honours board's? This one reply by Harsha Bhogle, gave goosebumps to every Indian fan and made him feel proud.

With, Sachin, Cricket was born as a religion, and Sachin was the God.! It was like in India,
"If Sachin plays well, India sleeps well". Matthew Hayden of Australia has seen God as he said once "I have seen God, He bats at no.4 in tests for India" People in India, especially Mumbai were happy for the fall of the second wicket, only because Tendulkar was the next to come in. People instead of asking India's total, used to ask "Sachin ne kitna banaya?"(how much did Sachin score?)"

He had a dream of winning the World Cup which came true in 2011, when India lifted the cup after 28 years. This dream of winning the WC, came in for Sachin when he played his 6th World Cup, highest than anyone else has.

Nowadays, when Virat Kohli or Rohit Sharma hits a century, many girls get impressed. But when Sachin used to hit one during his early times, The moms used to get impressed. Emotions were more, when Sachin used to play.

Here are his best 10 ODI innings, I have short listed, take a look-
